
Perfect for fans of Terry’s Chocolate Orange and brownies.
Serves 12 | Preparation Time: 15 minutes | Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Preheat oven to 180C/160C Fan assisted/356F
Grease and line a large oven dish/baking tin
Ingredients:
- 250g Unsalted Butter
- 2 x 157g Terry’s Chocolate Orange balls
- 200g Caster Sugar
- 4 Medium Free Range Eggs
- 125g Plain Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Method:
- In a heatproof bowl over a pan of hot water, melt the butter and one Terry’s chocolate orange ball, broken into segments. Stir butter and chocolate until combined and remove from heat.
- To a large mixing bowl, add the eggs and sugar and whisk until light and fluffy.
- Add the butter/chocolate mixture and whisk until combined.
- Add the flour and baking powder to the mixing bowl, and fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture to form the brownie batter.
- Pour the brownie batter into the oven dish/baking tin.
- Decorate with segments from the second Terry’s Chocolate Orange ball
- Bake for 30 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre of the brownie comes out clean.
Tip: If you prefer a moist brownie, bake for 20-25 minutes.
