This gorgeous tomatoey, chilli and tangy chutney is perfect served with rice dishes or kebabs.

Ingredients:
- 2 Medium Tomatoes
- ¼ Small Onion
- 1 Garlic Clove
- ½ teaspoon Lemon Juice
- ½ teaspoon Mint Sauce
- ¼ teaspoon Red Chilli Flakes
- Sprinkling of Salt
- Sprinkling of Coarse Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Chopped Coriander (or Parsley)
Method:
Blitz the ingredients in a blender or food chopper until smooth/pureed.
